CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

The state of Nebraska requires an unexpired, state or government-issued ID to be presented for tattoo services (driver’s license, passport, military ID, green card, etc).
Birth certificates, schools IDs and social security cards are not valid.
It is illegal for me in the state of Nebraska to tattoo anyone who has not provided me with the correct type of ID. -
My studio is very small, please bring only one guest.
I do not allow children in my studio space for sanitary and safety reasons. -
In the state of Nebraska it is illegal and a liability risk for me to tattoo anyone who has consumed alcohol within 8 hours prior to the tattoo appointment. You will not be tattooed, your deposit will be forfeited, and I will not work with you in the future.

For liability reasons, I will not tattoo you if you are pregnant or nursing. If you find out you’re expecting, please let me know and we will plan accordingly.

I will only tattoo individuals 18 years or older. Under Nebraska Health and Human Services regulations relating to body art facilities, all body artists retain the right to refuse services to a person under 18 years of age.

Make sure you have a valid ID with you.
Please bring cash for your payment.
Bring any snacks or drinks you may need. Drinks must have a cap.
Wear or bring a change of comfy, loose clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Please make sure I can access the tattoo location easily.
Bring any pillows, plushies or blankets that will make sitting more comfortable. Note there is a risk of ink stains on fabric items and all fabric should be washed before and after appointments.
Feel free to bring fidgets, headphones or any other form of entertainment. -
If you choose to use a numbing product, I will have you sign a waiver. There is evidence of potential short and long-term complications from topical numbing products being used for tattoo procedures.

My current client seat has a weight limit of 350 pounds. I plan to invest in a more inclusive seat in the future.
